A jeśli przygotujemy podwójną porcję - mamy od razu lunchbox na następny dzień, Zdrowo i szybko - tak ostatnio lubię najbardziej.
KASZA BULGUR Z KURCZAKIEM
przepis na 1 porcję
50 g kaszy bulgur
150 g piersi z kurczaka
garść jarmużu
garść pieczarek
1/2 pomidora
kilka strączków groszku cukrowego
kolendra
zielona część dymki
łyżeczka dowolnego oleju do smażenia
ząbek czosnku
odrobina sosu rybnego
Kaszę gotujemy w osolonej wodzie według przepisu na opakowaniu. Pierś z kurczaka kroimy w kostkę, przyprawiamy solą i pieprzem. Na patelni rozgrzewamy olej i wrzucamy pierś z kurczaka. Smażymy pięć minut, często mieszając. Dodajemy groszek cukrowy i pieczarki, po kolejnych dwóch minutach posiekany czosnek i jarmuż. Smażymy 2-3 minuty, po czym dodajemy kaszę i pokrojonego pomidora. Doprawiamy jeszcze pieprzem i sosem rybnym. Przekładamy danie na talerz i posypujemy posiekaną kolendrą i dymką.
