Jest szybki w przygotowaniu i naprawdę sycący na długi czas. Idealnie pasuje do niego szklanka mleka.
Na 1 porcję:
40g płatków owsianych
łyżka otrębów
łyżka miodu lub słodzika
1/2 łyżki masła orzechowego
garść borówek lub jagód
1 jajko
2 łyżki jogurtu naturalnego
łyżeczka karobu/kakao (opcjonalnie)
2 łyżki posiekanych orzechów laskowych
1/4 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
na wierzch: borówki i masło orzechowe
Mieszamy razem płatki, otręby, karob, orzechy. Dodajemy miód/słodzik i masło orzechowe. Dokładnie roztrzepujemy jajko, dodajemy jogurt, mieszankę z płatkami, proszek do pieczenia i owoce. Mieszamy wszystko dokładnie, wylewamy na suchą, rozgrzaną patelnię teflonową ( u mnie mała - 20 cm). Smażymy na małym ogniu (łatwo przypalić) z obu stron (ostrzegam - nie jest łatwo obrócić, trzeba się zaopatrzyć w widelec i łopatkę).
W dekorowaniu dowolność zupełna - u mnie masło orzechowe i dodatkowe borówki.
Robiłam kiedyś niemal identyczny placek, był pyszny. Teraz wiem, że jeszcze muszę go powtórzyć. ;)
