Sezon grillowy hula już od dłuższej chwili. Dlatego dzisiaj mam dla Was mój hicior, który sprawdzi się świetnie praktycznie do każdego dania z grilla (i nie tylko!). Chlebki flatbread są wyjątkowo proste i szybkie w przygotowaniu, a przy tym pyszne i świetnie nadają do odgrzewania.

CHLEBKI FLATBREAD
przepis na 8 szt15 g świeżych drożdży
20 g cukru
160 g mleka
100 g wody
15 g soli
400 g mąki
30 g oliwy
Do miski kruszymy drożdże, zasypujemy cukrem i odstawiamy na pięć minut. Zalewamy je ciepłym mlekiem z wodą i dokładnie mieszamy. Wsypujemy mąkę, sól i oliwę. Zagniatamy elastyczne, nieklejące się ciasto (jeśli trzeba, podsypujemy trochę mąką). Odstawiamy na godzinę pod przykryciem do wyrośnięcia. Formujemy kulki po 100 g i cienko rozwałkowujemy. Kładziemy na rozgrzaną patelnię (lub grilla). Smażymy po około minutę z każdej strony - aż powstaną bąble powietrza i chlebki się zarumienią.
