Miskę przykrywamy folią spożywczą i odstawiamy na godzinę do wyrośnięcia w ciepłym, nieprzewiewnym miejscu. Po tym czasie dzielimy ciasto na porcje po 110-140 g i formujemy kulki, które mocno układamy na blaszce wyłożonej papierem. Smarujemy roztrzepanym jajkiem i posypujemy sezamem Odstawiamy do wyrośnięcia na około godzinę. Pieczemy w 180 stopniach przez około 15-20 minut, do ładnego zarumienienia.
