Zawsze robię większą porcję i trzymam słoiczek w lodówce. Nigdy nie wiadomo, kiedy słony karmel może uratować Ci dzień!
4 łyżki cukru
2 łyżki masła
8 łyżek śmietanki 30%
Sól
Na patelni rozpuszczamy i przyrumieniony cukier. W między czasie podgrzewamy śmietankę. Gdy cukier będzie brązowy dodajemy pokrojone na kawałeczki masło. Wlewamy śmietankę. Unikamy mieszania łyżką lub używany drewnianej. Nie przejmujcie się jeśli zrobi się skorupa - podgrzewamy aż wszystko się rozpuści. Sól dodajemy do smaku, zaczynając od szczypty. Ja zawsze używam soli himalajskiej. Lekko schłodzony przelewamy do sloiczka i trzymamy w lodówce.
