Ta z piekarnika była znacznie twardsza. Ta w środku jest miękka, ale ma chrupiącą skórkę. Oczywiście możecie dodać swoje ulubione przyprawy, ale jak dla mnie - czosnek musi być!
A - i pamiętajcie - ta cieciorka świetnie się sprawdzi do dań. Na ostatnim zdjęciu znajdziecie mój obiad - kluski ryżowe z kalmarami, wołowiną, bobem, srirachą i właśnie tą cieciorką.
PRZEKĄSKA Z CIECIERZYCY
200 g suchej ciecierzycy
1 łyżka oliwy
Czosnek granulowany
Cebula suszona
Papryka słodka wędzona
Przyprawa cajun
Ciecierzycę zalewamy wodą w misce i odstawiamy na całą noc. Wymieniamy wodę, przekładamy do garnka. Dodajemy płaską łyżeczkę soli. Zagotowujemy na dużym ogniu, po czym zmniejszamy gaz. Gotujemy przez około godzinę. Ma być ugotowana, ale nadal jędrna.
Odcedzamy, rozkładamy na płasko na blaszce i odstawiamy do przestudzenia.
Ciecierzycę polewamy oliwą, dodajemy przyprawy i dokładnie mieszamy. Możecie użyć silikonowej wkładki lub po prostu papieru do pieczenia.
Wstawiamy do airfryera na 180 stopni na 8 minut, po czym mieszamy i zwiększamy temperaturę na 200 stopni i pieczemy jeszcze 5 minut.
