Oddzielamy białko od żółtka. Żółtko mieszamy z mlekiem i śmietaną. Dodajemy mąkę i mielone siemię lniane. Odstawiamy na 5-10 minut. Białko ubijamy ze szczyptą soli na sztywną pianę. Dodajemy do reszty masy i delikatnie mieszamy łyżką. Na suchej patelni, dobrej jakościowo smażymy nieduże placuszki (na średnim ogniu). Można podać z jogurtem, owocami lub kremem - u mnie z kokosowym kremem z białej fasoli.
