Z zaciekawieniem oglądałam nasiona amarantusa, ponieważ do tej pory jadłam tylko popping amarantusowy. Ugotowane nasiona są delikatne w smaku, przypominają konsystencją kaszę. Do tego amarantusa warto jeść bo jest bardzo zdrowy. Popping pasuje przede wszystkim do owsianek, płatków i deserów, a nasiona są idealne wszędzie tam gdzie kasza.

Amarantusa gotujemy w lekko osolonej wodzie w proporcjach 1:3, przez około 15 minut.
